Notice of Termination of Cryptocurrency Business Operations

Hello, this is Huobi Korea.
Our company’s cryptocurrency business license has expired as of December 20, 2024, and all services will be terminated.
1. Responsibilities Regarding Refunds of User Assets Due to Business Closure
- We have legal and contractual obligations to return users' deposit funds and virtual assets. Please follow the procedures and methods below to receive a refund (withdrawal) of your entrusted deposit funds and virtual assets stored with us.
2. Details on User Asset Withdrawal Application Procedures and Processing
- Even after the service ends, we will support the same asset return procedures as before. However, management fees (such as server, wallet, and staff operation costs) will be deducted when you request a withdrawal.
- Information on Management Fees and Withdrawal Conditions Starting from January 2023, at the end of trading, a monthly management fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged. This fee is incurred to ensure the safe storage of your assets and facilitate smooth withdrawals. This management fee will be deducted at the time of withdrawal. If the remaining balance is less than the total charged amount, some withdrawal requests may be limited. We ask for your understanding.

가상자산 사업자 종료 안내

안녕하세요. 후오비 코리아입니다.
당사는 2024년 12월 20일자로 가상자산사업자의 유효기간이 만료되어, 모든 서비스를 종료하게 되었습니다.
1.영업종료에 따른 이용자 자산 반환 책임 의무에 관한 사항
- 저희는 이용자의 자산예치금 및 가상자산에 관하여 이용자에게 이를 반환할 법상, 계약상 의무가 있습니다. 이용자께서는 아래의 절차와 방법에 따라 본 사업자에게 위탁 보관하신 예치금 및 가상자산을 반환(출금) 받으시기 바랍니다.
2.이용자 자산 출금 신청절차 및 처리방법에 관한 사항
- 저희는 서비스 종료 이후에도 고객님의 자산은 기존과 동일하게 반환 절차를 지원합니다. 다만, 고객님의 출금요청시 부과된 관리비(서버, 지갑, 인력 운영비 등)가 차감됩니다.
- 관리비 부과 및 출금 조건 안내
매매종료시점인 2023년 1월부터 매월 3만원의 관리비가 부과되고 있으며, 이는 고객님 자산의 안전한 보관과 원활한 출금을 위해 발생하는 비용입니다.
이 관리비는 출금 시 차감되며, 고객님의 잔액이 부과된 총 비용보다 적을 경우, 일부 출금이 제한될 수 있음을 양해 부탁드립니다.
